1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between GroGeek Studio and its customers for the use and purchase of the Simple Picking List application offered on the Shopify platform.
2. Pricing and Payment
Application prices are listed in euros, excluding taxes. Payment is made as follows:
- Monthly or annual payment depending on the chosen plan
- Secure payment via the Shopify platform
- Automatic billing at each renewal
3. Duration and Termination
The subscription is concluded for the duration chosen at the time of subscription. It can be terminated at any time:
- Via your Shopify account
- By email at support@grogeek.fr
- Termination takes effect at the end of the current period
4. Support and Maintenance
GroGeek Studio commits to:
- Providing technical support via email
- Ensuring application maintenance and updates
- Fixing bugs within reasonable timeframes
5. Liability
GroGeek Studio cannot be held liable for:
- Malfunctions related to Shopify
- Data loss unrelated to our applications
- Indirect damages suffered by the customer
6. Intellectual Property
The applications and their content remain the exclusive property of GroGeek Studio. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
GroGeek Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Customers will be notified of changes by email.
