When installing and using the Application, we only collect merchant contact information (such as name, email address, and if necessary, business address or any other provided contact method).

b. No Other Personal Data

Except for the information necessary for the merchant account, no other personal data is stored by the Application. Data related to the Application's operation (such as order information, product information, or details needed for generating picking lists) is used only in real-time to generate PDFs and is not retained after processing.

2. Purpose of Data Use

We use the above-mentioned data only for the following purposes:

• Providing our services: Generation and delivery of PDF picking lists.
• Communication: Contacting you regarding maintenance, updates, security alerts, or any necessary technical support.
• Application Improvement: Analyzing general Application usage (in a global and anonymized way) to improve user experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

We only share your data with essential service providers (e.g., hosting, Shopify platform) and only to the extent necessary for the Application to function.

Merchant contact information (name, email address, etc.) is retained for the duration necessary for the contractual relationship or as long as your account is active, unless we are required by law to retain it longer.

Transactional data or API calls (related to picking list generation) are not stored on our servers after processing.
