1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between GroGeek Studio and its customers regarding the use and purchase of applications offered on the Shopify platform.

2. Pricing and Payment

The prices of our applications are displayed in euros, excluding taxes. Payment is processed according to the following terms:

• Monthly or annual payment based on the chosen plan
• Secure payment through the Shopify platform
• Automatic billing at each renewal

3. Duration and Termination

The subscription is concluded for the duration chosen at signup. It can be terminated at any time:

• Through your Shopify account
• By email at support@grogeek.fr
• Termination takes effect at the end of the current period

4. Support and Maintenance

GroGeek Studio commits to:

• Provide technical support via email
• Ensure maintenance and updates of applications
• Fix bugs within reasonable timeframes

5. Liability

GroGeek Studio cannot be held liable for:

• Malfunctions related to Shopify
• Data loss not related to our applications
• Indirect damages suffered by the customer

6. Intellectual Property

The applications and their content remain the exclusive property of GroGeek Studio. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

7. Modification of Terms

GroGeek Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of changes by email.
